Bird of the Day - Nuthatch

It's a clear sign that the days are getting cooler. A pair of Nuthatches arrived at the feeders this morning, the first I have seen in six months.
Each Winter they come back from the woodland areas that almost surround our village. I imagine that their visits will become more frequent as we get into the Autumn and Winter.
