Heard news that an old friend from down South passed away during the night but, on a more cheerful note, that former blipper Dotty got married today! Got a no 35 up to the Canongate to meet Shandonner for a pint (or two) and a blether. We raised our glasses both to dear David Brown's memory and to D's happiness.
