Changing face of Bournemouth

Student accommodation sprouting all over. Something I quite like about this multi-storey. But will it date quickly?

Sad many older buildings in town haven't been restored. And even sadder there are so many clone shops with ugly shopfronts.

At least we can still escape to Southbourne and Westbourne for Independents.
