Right over my head

They were supposed to be very active tonight ... but it wasn't like that. 

In my surrounding the sky was almost full of clouds. Nothing happened for a while but when they appeared it was right over my head. I took my camera and put it on the ground facing straight up. With my simple wireless remote shutter release I took five images and then they were gone. A great northen light show had been expected so it was in the news. A lot of people may have got very disappointed but the lights will be here ... some other night.
