Picos Europa

Hills for a week now and a bit of cycle touring.
Without bikes we got up into these amazing mountains this afternoon.
We sat in the stillness and watched a group of 9 Griffin Vultures get high on the thermals and marvelled. There are wolves and bears and Golden Eagles and presumably things they eat up here. We need to protect these wild places on our planet, for now I'll try and tread lightly in the company of majesty
