Sunshine and Showers

Sums up today nicely.  

Jamie completed his first week back at school attending all the planned sessions.  Called for a little celebration so we hit a well known fast food outlet for a smoothie and ice-cream this afternoon.  Jamie took a science revision book with him and proceeded to do over an hours study while we were there.  Fortunately I had the foresight to take something to do too :-)

A morning of little jobs and bulb re-potting saw me in sight of the finishing line on that job.  I'll miss the time sitting outside working quietly with Radio 4 for company.  It's kind of harvest time as I see the results of previous years seed sowing come to fruition.  Good therapy.
