The family Wallaby...

A day orf of work today.. yay..... and a trip to Thorp Perrow Arboretum..... a place I have known of for years but have never visited before... well silly me... why ever not... what a treat of a find... and free for RHS members too (in certain months).  The specimen trees weren't quite in their glorious colour ...another month maybe (I'm going back).. but my what a tonic of a wander round.

And oh... wallabies too!  Mum, Dad and baby Wally in pouch here... oh what cuteness!

The most oooooh moment for me though was the avenue of hydrangeas... oh my.... who knew they were there... and how flouncy were they!  (Flounce in extras)

And a happy birthday to meeeee...... I am 53........(how did that happen!)......and this evening I will be drinking something sparkleeeeeeee :) xx
