The calm before Irma...

Hurricane Irma is forecast to come directly over both my house, as well as fellow Blipper Maura143's, here in a couple of days!! Jen and I will finish preparations today, and then it is "wait and see". 

Honestly, I am ready for it to come through and be gone. This storm has been beaten to death in the media, like everything these days, and I am suffering from overload. I know it's coming, I know it is a monster storm, I also know I can't control what it does. 

I have taken care of the things I can control, with a knowledge that the rest is out of my hands. I pray for no human/animal deaths or injuries, and we can deal with the aftermath as needed.
