Another bedside blip. Felt a bit better today but still not right having not stopped being sick til late last night. I still cannot look at my blip of the sausage stew from the other day yuk.
So today I have eaten just toast and then tonight soup and bread. Tomorrow off to exmouth for my friend's birthday party. We are dressing up as the spice girls and I am baby spice! Meeting El on the train in bristol then travelling down together. When we get there Kim can't meet us for a couple of hours so off to wetherspoons for some tea to line the stomach and a couple of pre party drinks!
