No1 Daddy

I went in to see how Dad was this morning after the news we gave his a couple of days ago.

When I arrived he was asleep but started responding to our voices.
It was obvious that he was recognising our voices but seemed to not to want to open his eyes - although he was taking our hands and hanging on (which he doesn't normally do).

When he did come out of his sleep he seemed to be holding back tears and be very upset ...... so he obviously has taken in the news about Mum dying.

My only worry is that every time he sees us it will be like hearing the news for the first time and then go through his grieving every time.

All we can do is keep going in and seeing how things go.
