Something's Cooking In The Kitchen

Ok, I'll admit it, there's usually always something cooking in the kitchen at dinner time, it's just not usually being cooked by me, or Ms H. The other night I caught a Jamie Oliver program where he made Quick Asian Fishcakes... it looked so easy, it took 10 minutes, so I persuaded Ms H to help, and tonight we did it.

It took longer than 10 minutes, but Jamie didn't have someone to argue over how fine the ingredients were being diced up did he. I was a bit concerned it would all break up in the pan, as the ingredients were just salmon, ginger and lemongrass, but they didn't, they held together... amazing!

Eating them was good too... I'm hoping to persuade Ms H we do this on a weekly basis... yeah, I know, what happens the other 6 days, but one step at a time eh?
