Da Gill

A cloudy morning with the odd shower, and then rain came in through the afternoon.  It has dried up this evening. 

Day off and up early to work with the house.  More unpacking and I feel I'm getting ahead now and the house feels more settled.  I've also been at the old house digging up my plants and flowers and big Brian and Madeline helping clean before the keys are handed over.  More unpacking tonight and settling in.  Feet up with the telly tonight.

I had to nip down to sister Laura's to feed the cat.  While I was down, me and Sammy took a moment to go for a walk in the hills.  This is the Gill, always been abandoned in my time but always been fully furnished.  It's a shame to see it now turning very derelict.  It towers over the village, high in the hills near the sooth peat hill.  Taken at sooth Cunningsbugrh.
