A big day for Bracknell today as most of the new shops in the Lexicon opened, our fab new shopping centre. I felt weirdly quite emotional, it is really rather lovely, even if I know it is a bit like lots of other centres, with similar shops, it feels rather special as it is in my town. A shame Dad didn't get to see it finished though, (and Mum wouldn't understand). There were lots of people, H and M staff did a dance on opening, there were lots of balloons, Mayors, camera crews, freebies, and these guys singing sea shanties outside Sea Salt.
A quick visit to Dad's in the afternoon, sorted a few more things to take to Mum's at the weekend.
