Where it all happens.

We went on a tour of the large Amazon Fulfillment Centre at Dunfermline this afternoon. It was interesting to see the process of fulfilling our orders! Very clever. The tour leader had a good handle on things and answered questions well. Several failed to attend so we were few in numbers, this to our benefit. It was easy to keep up as visitors wear a headset connected to the guide's microphone. No photos were allowed beyond reception - it's as it looks on their website however. Although I have some views about their terms and conditions of employment, it certainly was a slick and well designed operation.
