Abstract Thursday

No, it's not an ancient sepia map of the world.

It's part of a rusty railing. I had been planning to blip the original - see extra - then decided to tweak it on picasa. I don't know if I've chosen the right one...

After months of procrastination I bit the bullet this morning and completed my tax return. As usual it wasn't as daunting a task as I'd anticipated, but I'm glad it's no longer hanging over me.

Not a very nice day, but my home is still standing, unlike thousands of others, so I have nothing to moan about.
