I pass this building on the way to and from work each day. Looks rather sad with its windows whitewashed. It's been empty for a while now, since the newspaper offices moved to much smaller premises nearby. The newspaper industry is just another victim of the coming of "new technology".

MrM went to the music session in Belford this evening, while I met Ralph for a couple of drinks in our local pub - he's in Northumberland on a walking trip, after having to curtail the intended trip to Scotland.
