Saint-Trophime's Frontispiece

The Romanesque church of St.Trophime in Arles offers an imposing facade depicting the Last Judgement. It was a XIIc cathedral when the City of Arles was an important Christian center. This is where Frederick Barbarossa was crowned Emperor of the Holy Roman Empire. It is a UNESCO World Heritage site.
