Knees

I took my mom to the orthopedic doc to get an injection into her right knee, which has grown increasingly stiff and painful. She walks a lot, as you readers know, but she is having more difficulty bending it and getting into and out of bed and chairs. Asked how her knee felt, she pointed to her LEFT knee and said it hurt quite a bit. Knowing the situation, the doc said, well, I'll fix up the right one and we can see if that helps the left one.

Bad news on the roommate front. My mom is angry with her new roommate because she thinks the sweet woman stole her dog. So far, there's no talking my mom out of it. The roommate is moving to another room.
