After the worst night's sleep ever in a hotel (a design fault meant that every door banging shut, even internal toilet doors, could be heard throughout the night). Still, with the airport only a stroll away, it was the best option. We were at the airport VERY early and were first in the queue to check in!

The flight to Dubai was fine, a nice meal, a couple of films, a snooze and we were there. Time to do the daily online crossword at Dubai airport and then on to the next flight, an overnighter to South Africa.
