Toad in a hole

Continuing the amphibious theme, this little chap was lurking near the wheelie bins this evening. I think it's a juvenile common toad (Bufo bufo).

This week has so far been largely devoted to helping Son2 with his preparations for a) the festival he's off to tomorrow (which today included tracking down a replacement tent), and b) moving into his uni halls the following weekend. I've also had one of my headache/jaw ache/neck ache things for the last few days, which hasn't helped but it finally seems to be subsiding, thank goodness.
