Mancunian Sunrise

Technically, the title isn't correct....I was stood in Salford when I took this, the Manchester Ship Canal separating the two cities of Salford and Manchester.
The 47 storey Beetham Tower can be seen towering above everything else in this photo.

A beautiful start to the day for a change, and a rare opportunity for me to stop off on the way to work and get a few photos.

Happy birthday to my other brother, Daniel. Thirty eight today. I say "other brother" as my youngest brother Joss was thirty six on Tuesday. And then it's my birthday within three weeks.
It's "the boys' birthday month" as my mum says.
Which reminds me, I better not sleep too long tonight as I have to pick my mum up from Manchester Airport at 1am when she gets back from Cyprus.
