A Different View

And so we start the beginning of the end of the holidays. I know this as today was souvenir shopping day!

The sun has returned thankfully (but ironically it has just started picking with rain as I type).

We walked around the shops in the vicinity of the hotel and bought a couple of presents for those back home. It has to be done!

This is a view from the sea front promenade looking back towards the hotel. Our hotel the one slightly left of centre behind the Naval Club right on the sea front. Our room is on the roof, centre of the hotel. It's quite an impressive hotel when you see it in the flesh.

We stopped for a humongous ice cream which was one of the best I have ever eaten. Tonight we are going to a Moroccan restaurant we ate in last time we were here which was pretty special.
