Heron Corn Mill

A great morning out! On the first Friday of the month Heron Corn Mill, at Beetham in the south of Cumbria, offer a guided tour of the working flour mill.

We thoroughly enjoyed the visit and would liked to have spent longer in the area which also has a garden centre. We had to eat our picnic quickly and leave, we were heading to the Land of Little Tykes.

This time we took The Bro-in-Law with us so he could get a chance to see his great-niece and nephew. It was great to see the family again.

I wonder what time they'll be up in the morning?
