Working from home on a consultancy project and my MBA. I could hear a helicopter all day long but couldn't work out where it was...until we went for our afternoon walk. I was convinced it was something sinister, a dangerous man on the run, someone in dire circumstances needing rescuing. It turned out it was National Grid inspecting the pylons! The flying was very impressive, hovering in amongst the pylons and cables for hour upon hour.

Good swim tonight. Training is going well...and a trip to the Physiotherapist tomorrow will undo some tight bits.
