The Froomster

Having had one of the teams overnight in our hotel last night, it seemed only right that we did a bit of viewing of La Vuelta in Logrono this afternoon.
Lots of fun was had by all, and Chris Froome was cheered by the crowds nearly as loudly as Contador. He hasn't really captured the imagination of the British public in a way his achievements might have deserved, not sure why.
Today he completely blew the field away.
We cycled into town for the event and enjoyed a lovely evening ride through the vineyards back to our hotel for the night.
