Cheesecake!

I spent the day today making cheesecake for a dinner tonight - my good friend Jo is moving to Hong Kong next week so we got together to have dinner. I had some left over so make some mini ones in these little dishes (the first and possibly the last time I have used them since getting them as a wedding present!!)
