Rattled

A rattlesnake! In Virginia! Who knew? It's a little blurry, as I didn't want to get too close. I'm sure you understand. Its rattle (white, on the left) was going like crazy.

A great hike in Shenandoah to mark the official end of summer, then an outstanding pizza in Sperryville general store, which has upped its game since darap and zoemond and I were so rudely treated there a few years ago.
