Dogwood Berries

The berries of the native dogwood are ripe and ready for the local birds.
This shrubby kind of tree is native to the Northeast of the U.S.
I try to favor native plants in my garden.The flowers of this dogwood are not especially pretty like the Asian ones that can be bought at a garden center.
