Flourishing

Once consequence of leaving the garden to grow as it wishes this summer is that I've not been trimming the Russian vine on the wall of the garage, and perhaps that's why it's flowered for the first time! 

Today I abandoned a talk for the first time ever - when the version of Acrobat on the PC I was using refused to display the remaining slides when about three-quarters of the way through. But it was time for lunch, so no-one minded!
