Spontaneous purchase

I saw this "cherub" in the window of the local charity shop yesterday, and thought what a great surreptitious bird bath it would make. It was still there when I finished work, so purchased it for my feathered friends. It's stacked inside a plant pot, as allegedly I've been told the Swiss frown on bird baths or bird feeders. It really is quite tacky, thankfully I was able to rinse some of the glitter off. Now I just have to wait and see whether the birds make a move. And think how I can raise it so I can see from sitting in my lounge.
