Rescued

Rescued this friendly little fella this afternoon from a busy road near The Mother's. He was very lucky to have been missed by two cars. Not what I wanted to be doing, feeling slightly worse for wear! Luckily The mother recognised him and I delivered him safely to his owner around the corner.
I woke ridiculously early considering the night before and really struggled to get back to sleep.I gave in after two hours and decided to sort the washing out!
I waited for our guest and The other-half to wake, (some two hours later!) Before cooking them breakfast.
I cleaned before heading to see mother and Li'l sis for the first time in over a week! I'd missed them greatly.
The roast dinner was also greatly received! I have missed out for three weekends!!
