for a Drink Problem (2)

We are right in the middle of a glut of apples.  Most of them get used up in the brewing of apple champagne, seen here.

However the problem is that I am about to embark on our annual narrowboat excursion and so these beauties are going to have to be left to their own devices.

I just cannot process the juice fast enough!
