Clematis

This clematis is in a pot just outside the patio doors.  We bought it for half price in the spring; it had clearly suffered some dehydration in the garden centre.  It has taken all summer to recover and start to show promise - but now has some buds and one rather pretty flower.

It's a convenient blip, as I've missed the best of the weather, and it's now spitting with rain.

I've spent part of the day finding my way back into my flickr account, and tidying up what's on there.  I want to use it a bit more, for my holiday photo albums.  That's the plan, anyway.
