Irritated!

The guy that owns the big double sized truck lives here in our street.
I took this shot from our driveway.

Everything now and then he parks it overnight here.
Our Street is a no exit quiet street.
He leaves it there with no lights or orange cones or anything to show that it is there in the dark.
I'm sure it's illegal to do so.
He's one of those smarty pants sort that would be difficult to reason with if you asked him not to do it.

It really irritates me!!
