Roke and Benson

A stroll along the river into Oxford and a tussle with the accumulated knowledge of Blackwell's Norrington Room. Several weighty tomes later I joined mother to sit in full sun to watch and listen to the Roke and Benson Brass band who have been playing for over 130 years. We tapped and sang along and had tea and cakes at half time.

Later a momentous re-entry to the family home.
