A Smile from a Sickie

I got called into action today when Merrick was deemed too sick to take to daycare. It seems like the daycare is the best or the worst place to pick up anything that is going around.

This was one of the few smiles I got out of him today. You can tell he just doesn't feel his normal devilish self. Most of the day he justed wanted to sit in his chair, and either watch TV or sit. I put 3 of those shots on my Flickr page. I guess listless would be a good word for him today. He did take a nice nap, so maybe that will help. Always feel bad for them when they don't feel good.

On my way home, I saw a solitary sandhill crane. I know it's against bird photography etiquette to bother them...but...he wouldn't look up...so I honked my horn to get his attention. Those 2 shots are also on the other page.

One more morning at the church drywall project tomorrow. A little more painting, and some cleanup. YAHOO!!!!
