Sunrise

I was out with Finlay shortly after 6 a.m. and caught this beautiful sunrise over the fields behind our house. The straw from the recent harvesting has finally been baled. This does look nice on the black background.

Off to Harrogate for the last time this weekend… a funny day for trading. There didn't seem to be many people visiting the show in the first hour or two and a lot of traders were standing around scratching their heads. Numbers gradually increased, but overall a quiet day, however takings were pretty healthy by the end of the day.

After packing up and dropping everything at the studio, we got back home shortly after 7 p.m. An M&S Chinese banquet for tea, plenty of beer and a film to watch. Knackered, but quite pleased with the weekend.

Tomorrow (Monday) we will have to go to the studio and reload all the fabric on to the shelves and have a good tidy up, ready for the new term of classes that start on Monday evening!
