Airbus Beluga

Well Mrs F and I have had a nice relaxing day today and have done a little sight seeing around the area.  The highlight of my day was arriving at the end of the runway at Hawarden airport as this big guy got ready to depart.

This is the Airbus Beluga which is a highly modified version of the A300-600 jet.  A huge fuselage has been added to the original aircraft to allow oversized aircraft parts to be moved between the various Airbus factories.
