The traditional Sunday spin!

The traditional Sunday spin took place under very cloudy skies with a stiff autumnal breeze to boot. I braved short sleeves, with a trusty vest for good measure, there were definitely times when you had to pedal faster to maintain body heat!!

Back to school tomorrow for the usual pre new school year training day about safeguarding and such like. It's been a fantastic summer taking in West Kirby, Brighton, Troon and France...and of course many more local trips out. I've been very lucky!

Here's to another school year and remembering not to neglect treats, freedom or me!!

Yesterday's blip! Great guesses, particularly impressed with the comment that the E looked like a £...so it did! The sign was seen in a knitting shop window!! Who knew wool was so sensitive ;-)
