Cows

We went to Lochinver as I had an appointment to see the Physio. When I was finished we went to Ullapool. My computer was giving me problems as the box for putting in the password wasn't opening up so I dropped it off at the computer shop. I was fine getting in and out of the car but when we went to the Tesco car park my hip was very sore when I got out . I grabbed a trolley for support and we started to do the shopping but my leg was getting worse and I was dragging it so A went to get me a wheelchair to take me to the car. I took some tablets and just sat and  waited for A to return. At home I managed to get out of the car and it was a lot better.
