Palma de Mallorca

A lovely day trip to Palma today.

We caught the bus, missed our stop, had to navigate our way through the busy city, on foot and finally a taxi......fun though ;-)

We went to Palma Cathedral, which was beautiful.....I especially loved this shot of a rather handsome spanish horse and trap, not to mention the guy in control of the reins ;-))

We also had a long walk around the harbour,
with couple of stop offs here and there for coffee, and later a sandwich and a beer.

Palma is such a vibrant city, great little alleyways with tapas bars tucked away in the shade of palm trees.

We caught the bus back to our hotel, €1.50 each way, for a 45min trip, air conditioned too, bargain!

Had another lovely meal this evening in our hotel......super impressed so far :-)
