My canal

I walk along this canal most Saturday mornings. This is the Angel Lock on the Regents Canal. I think I might have blipped it before. As a kid I used to go to Islington Boat club, which is just out of shot of this photo. This part of the canal has changed so much, it really is trendy. Narrowboats selling cakes, tea, clothes, books, even a hairdressers!

I remember when people used to laugh at me for going to the canal as a kid and floating dead animals were the only things in the canal. :-(
