Chicken liver pâté with Bing cherry topping
This is what they served because our steaks were a little late. The first course was heirloom tomatoes in a spinach purée with roasted hazelnuts, so perfect. As was the day. Mom was able to go to Ballard so we did a manicure, pedicure, haircut and fabulous dinner all within walking distance. I hope that never changes.
