Turn up the Bass

Yes, its a couple of fillets of delicious Sea Bass and we had it with some potatoes and a Greek salad.

Tonight Joni was working so I got to spend some time playing with Amélie before I headed into the kitchen to prepare some chicken tikka masala and steam one of the fillets of this lovely fish for Amélie's dinner. We are attempting to be organised and cook meals ahead so we always have something in. So far we have a Greek lamb stew, some lasagne, and my tikka masala from tonight.
