Birthday at sea

T's birthday today so we awoke to cards pressies and bunting in the cabin!!

Special birthday breakfast for the birthday boy (Read a large full English) and then a relaxing sea day to explore the ship.

Lots to do on board and navigating to do, 139k tonnes and with 4,000+ people on board over 18 floors it took some doing!

C signed up to the children's club so he could drop in and out when we weren't ashore or busy elsewhere. He liked their big Lego area and R was keen to stay too but was too young.

We had lunch after a morning of play and then headed for the huge water slide around the top of the ship. C and T both went on it several times and it looked quite exhilerating! A swim followed in the pools and then we soaked up a bit of sun by the pool with a cocktail before getting ready for dinner.
