While out Cycling

I took the chance of a blast on  the Enterprise (my white Cannondale) this morning while the sun was out and Gill was away at a choir committee meeting.  Failed miserably to find any other images over the rest of the day so this mobile phone image of round bales in a field it is!

I realised today how much fitness I have lost over the past year or so .. and have resolved to lose at least 6 kg and get back to 50km being a reasonable weekend distance!  Only did 35km today - admittedly with some hills and I did achieve warp factor 6 (60kph) down one of them, the Enterprise   badly needs some new dilithium crystals!
