Traffic jam

Canal itself was busy this morning with rowers competing for space with canal boat.

I was heading up to Craiglockhart for the 4th time this week - this time for our welcome event for new students which is always fun.

Headed into town afterwards for Thai massage which involves much pounding and pummelling but also wonderfully relaxing.
