Thanks for the fountains
There are some very beautiful fountains similar to this in my city.
We give them for granted and we do not appreciate how fortunate we are to have them, always with clean fresh water, always with drinkable water, except when it says so.
In summer people use them to quench their thirst.
Sometimes In winter the water freezes in the early hours of the morning.
This fountain is called 'El Pilar del Toro'. You can know the reason of this name in the extra photos.
In Spanish a 'pilar' can be a pillar, a column, and also the basin of the fountain where the water is kept.
Besides Pilar is also a name, my name.
