Make a wish

Happy Birthday Honeypie...

As the weatherman assured us it was going to be another grotty day my idea of a birthday trip to Alton Towers seemed to be a particularly bad idea. But Laura got to open her presents in bed and even had a lovingly prepared cooked breakfast of bacon and poached eggs on English muffins.

And of course there was a birthday cake...with candles!
I'm not sure that her wish will come true though as the first time I lit the candles she had to rush off and so it was me that blew them out first.
