Up there part 4

This is another of the art works on First Street.

To be honest it is not really a street. More a tree lined path in front of an office block.
It is a Manchester City Council Office Block so lets indulge their dillusions.

The weather improved a little today.
A few glimpses of blue sky amidst the rain.

It was not all bad - there was chocolate cake for breakfast :-)
